Observing your employees that were on the phone & service the front desk. I have to COMPLIMENT your staff. They were AMAZING. The phone rang once & was answered, no one waited in line at the front desk. The staff was professional, fast, efficient and friendly. Great TEAM players. The service provided by Grant and his team was exceptional. They were able to quickly diagnose and repair the concern I had, which another dealerships Team of mechanics could not figure out and would have put me out lots of money.
