Reday is excellent!!! Very friendly and helpful. We went on a sunday, looked at upgrading both phones. He went over the plans and different options. Gave us a really good deal plus freebies on top of that. Would highly recommend. Great customer service!!!!

Bought my first battery and tank setup and juices from them. The tank had a defective coil that was plugged to start and they replaced it free. The Westwood clinic staff are great. I have been going to Dr. Blake in there for a long time and he is exceptional. I had corneal abrasion in my right and I phoned and he just happened to be in Winnipeg then and they got me in that afternoon. He went above and beyond the call of duty and sent me to an ophthalmologist after that just to make sure that he saw what Dr. Blake saw and he did and that Doctor gave me eyedrops and it cleared up in 3 days.

I brought them my 25 year old Hoover vacuum to see why it was screeching. The guys took it apart to have a look and when they determined it was the motor bearings they recommended against repairs, saying it would not be worth it. They said to just use it as long as it still worked or until it died. They didnt charge me a dime. 4 months later the vacuum stopped screeching on its own and is still working more than a year later. Now I buy all of my vacuum bags and supplies from them.

I am surprised at the previous comment about social distancing as I have found this location to have very good COVID protocols in place right from the start. I prefer the format of this location over the newer designs, this layout is easier to maneuver. There is always an appropriate number of tills open & they are quick to open more as needed so you never need to wait in line very long. I have lived in this neighborhood for 18 years and this store is one of the reasons I like living here.

Matthew and Drake provided my wife and I excellent service last month. We bought a fire pit and it wouldn’t fit in our car. They took the time to unload it from the box and loaded it into our car. The store had just closed and they took the time to ensure we were taken care of and weren’t in a hurry to go home because their shift was almost over.
