Our furnace broke in the middle of the night on CHRISTMAS and Brendan took the call at 1am. Vince came out to do the repairs in the morning and he was friendly, patient and reassuring. He clearly set out the expectations, pricing and committed to doing his best to get us up and running. Vince diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the repair on site. We chose Summers and Smith to install our new equipment last year and have been extremely happy and satisfied with the service we have received. In February 2022 my furnace stopped working. It definately has been a cold winter. I called T H Oliver as I had been a customer since 2004 when I lived in Aurora. Elise provided such amazing and caring assistance. Someone came out quickly to assess the issue. To make a long story short, they were able to replace my furnace in a short time. Wayne and Chad could not have been more helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend T H Oliver for all of your furnace needs!

When you need a furnace in a hurry then this is your man. It was a weekend and I was leaving that day for a three month holiday and it was the coldest day of the year when my 23 year old furnace broke down. Within 24 hours I had a new furnace installed and working.
