Our furnace broke in the middle of the night on CHRISTMAS and Brendan took the call at 1am. Vince came out to do the repairs in the morning and he was friendly, patient and reassuring. He clearly set out the expectations, pricing and committed to doing his best to get us up and running. Vince diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the repair on site. Extraordinary!! I don’t have words to describe the excellent service of staff there. Dr. Humera treated me as if I was her child. I never felt so good I’m a clinic. I wish they start blood testing, X-ray and other services so I could always go to there clinic.

Great service and reliable. They came right away to fix the Air Conditioning in our home. Pricing was reasonable and they did not over charge. Our AC is working great with no problems. Over all, I am very happy with their service.

I HAVE USED LUXAIR HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING COMPANY LAST SUMMER, I HAD THIS COMPANY TO INSTALL AN AC IN MY HOUSE AND WAS SO SATISFIED WITH THE PRICE AND THE JOB THAT I CALLED PHILIP THE BUSENESS OWNER TO INSTALL MY NEW FURNACE. This is a well stocked location with a nice and courteous staff and a good selection of Beer since there is no Beer store for 10 kn. But they do not take beer bottles back...that is at a small beer bottle return just down the road on Airport rd.

Our furnace was not functioning well on Sunday. We called Lou and he sent his son Antony within 2 hours. The problem was an air duct filter which needed to be changed. There was no charge.

I decided to call Thermokline Mechancial and they came to my home within 2 hours, advised me which part and how much.
I would recommend them to everyone, as they are honest and real professionals.
