We just moved to a new house that came with a great hot tub-however it needed a drain, clean and reboot. John was able to do it all for us in no time and was flexible with evenings when we were available. He was punctual, knowledgeable and patient with our many questions.
We would definitely recommend JRD pool and spa for any hot tub/spa needs!

5 stars to Dr Daya and her amazing team at South Trail Crossing Dental. The staff are friendly and professional. The courtesy and professionalism at this clinic is second to none. Going to the dentist can be stressful and it’s understandable why, but Dr Daya makes that stressful situation disappear and explains the treatment plan and offers gentle and quality work. I have been going here for the past 6 years to get my eyebrows waxed and I will continue to go for another 6 years. The lady, Janet that does them is an absolute gem. She is so precise and professional that I could not imagine going anywhere else. I recommend booking on any day but Monday. They seem to be extremely busy and you end up waiting 10-15 minute extra. Street parking is available.

We purchased the Neptune Adriatic spa from Dynasty at the Red Deer Home Show in March 2019, installed in October 2019 and 12 months later has continued to be a problem free and enjoyable year round hot tub! Manufacturer improvements have made this a solid performing tub and have enjoyed its many features from the powerful jets, LED lighting, Bluetooth Sound System and easy to maintain features. Above all, staff at the Red Deer location are very pleasant and provide great feedback and advice!!
