Prompt call back, friendly, professional and was flexible with his schedule to accommodate mine. Out of 10 Heating & Cooling Companies that I called today, this is the only one that had a human voice answer the call when I phoned, and I was called back quite quickly by the owner whose name is "Jordan". Excellent service !! Even though it wasn't an emergency, Keith was here the next day after we phoned him. He contacted us to let us know before hand what time he would arrive, was prompt, courteous & professional. He was recommended to us from a close friend & we would strongly recommend him again. He fixed our plumbing problem quickly & even had a look at our furnace & explained why it was doing what it was doing. Will definitely use him again.
