My garage door opener unit failed on a Wednesday. I phoned the builder to inform him of the issue. Thursday a representative of Bobs Door Service showed up and reviewed the issue. Friday morning I had a new replacement unit installed. This Warranty issue was dealt with very professionally with polite and experienced staff. I have No issues whatsoever with the way the situation was handled. I can say they stand behind their work and products. It was a freak motor failure in the unit. Thx!!

A week before our vow renewal, our planned photographer had to cancel. We called A1 Photographic Images and talked to Natalie. She was able to fit us into her schedule. We met Swiss Solar Tech at a solar energy fair and invited them to provide us with a free quotation. Not only did they have the best price per installed kW they tailored the PV system to meet our present needs with room for expansion in the future. The installation went as scheduled and the system was up and running without any problems. They took care of all required permits and Net metering applications.

I own a 2010 VW Jetta with a DSG transmission. It inadvertently kept changing into neutral while driving. The VW dealer said the entire DSG transmission needed replacing at a price of $7500.oo from Germany. I asked for a quote on a secondhand DSG transmission and was met with the question,
Why would you inherit someone else problem? Tom and Cam figured it out and a mechatronic unit was replaced. Tom was able to recode without exclusive VW proprietorship. Cost lower than quoted. Great service.
