I take my puppy there 3x a week , I mention the word day care and he gets sooo excited. They post photos daily of all the dogs, and can trim nails which makes it even better! The entire staff is so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend it to anyone .

I met Dr. Nelson after a slip and fall accident sustained as a letter carrier for Canada Post Corporation in 2011. My whole left side was compromised. I was hugely concerned! I had a very physically demanding job, 2 small children at home whom needed their mom and I could not even lift them because of the injury I sustained. My quality of life was the terrible! He helped me get my quality of life back.Dr. Nelson is the REAL DEAL folks!

Much more personal experience than a big box drug store. They ask questions, take time with you, and make sure they are checking for any drug interactions. Plus, this is the only Penticton pharmacy that has ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, and they even do compounding.

After being with my original chiropractor for almost 4 years, when he decided to leave Penticton, I was anxious and upset. I didn’t need any more change in my life. Had a change of my local family GP, after 15 yrs, also a new dentist after 30 years, lost my dad of 69 years ( he was almost 97 ) and then my chiropractor all within 8 months. Dr. Kornelsen is truly a blessing. She is personable.

Rich was a huge help in dealing with my daughters VW after the alternator gave out on her drive from Vancouver. I went to this clinic 3 days ago. I cannot believe how informative and caring Scott was towards my desire to quit smoking. This company is the real deal! After my first session he called me the next day to make sure I was okay ( he procedure is painless but he called to see how I was doing with the smoking) . I still had not smoked at that point but I explained I still felt a little on edge. He was quick to say " let's get you back in here right away to do one more treatment to make sure " . This treatment is free after the first one And scott was very quick to make time for me that same day. After that treatment it's been smooth sailing ! I can't believe I don't crave cigarettes anymore , it's unreal. For 10 years of smoking a pack a day to absolutely nothing with NO withdrawals. Do yourself a favour and get this treatment . I know
It's only been 4 days for me but I felt obligated to write a review on this treatment and how effective it is. I know right now that I am done with smoking . It's all thanks to health point laser clinic !!!

The team at Cooksons is outstanding. After receiving a local quote for multiple thousands of dollars to replace the injectors in my truck, I came to rent a truck while mine was down. When going to get the rental, I asked the service department for a quote. They recommended an additive, before a quote. They put the additive in my truck for me, and it fixed the issue right away. The bill was $5.00 for the additive, and no cancellation fee on the rental. Great service by all, will be back again

I was blown away to the point of tears today :) I am so extremely happy with the service I received from Keith and all his coworkers at the leckie location in Kelowna BC! I was expecting to have to pay over 800.00 for a new set of tires due to one discontinued blown one :( but upon arriving to the shop for pick up.... Keith informed me of the most beautiful surprise of being able to fix it all at NO COST!!!!! What an amazing, wonderful experience! I'm feeling very blessed :) thank you!!!!!

I brought a hard drive into London Drugs computer department for troubleshooting. Justin provided outstanding service. He spent a lot of time troubleshooting the drive to try to make it operational for me. In the process, he gave me a tutorial on Windows updates, computer drivers, and general computer components and operation. His explanations were clear and concise, and I left feeling more confident about managing my laptop. Ask for him if you need the tech department at London Drugs!

They called my doctor to get permission for new compound formula so I didn’t have to wait a week for a component of the compound and they sent it to Dyck’s Pharmacy so I could get it filled that day. Really happy with their incredible knowledge and going the extra mile. I’ll be going there from now on as a result. I highly recommend.

These guys were very helpful with getting rid of my Rodent problem for me. I am eternally gratefull to them. They answered all my questions and i appreciate that they used products that will not harm my pets or children. They also came back a few weeks later to check that the rats did not return and they filled the entry holes that they were using to get into my home so they stay away. Definately a quality company.

My son injuried himself in hockey we were so impressed with Dr Thomson. He took xrays before and after the first adjustment. He didn't just get him moving that day by the 4th visit he had him moving normal and painfree. The Nucca method is unique and I must say he has restored my faith in chlropractic work.
