I took a used vehicle here for a pre-purchase inspection. I can only say good things about the service we received. Kadeem was very thorough and gave us an extremely detailed run down of the vehicle, as well as his honest opinion about it. He spoke with us on a personal level, offered advice, and was overall immeasurably helpful in helping us reaching a decision (we bought the car). Any future tune ups or work we require, we will be sure to use Authentic Auto Service without hesitation. Top guy.

I took my very neglected ( not by me ) 2008 Dodge Charger SRT8 to Vince and asked him to restore it mechanically to its former glory so to speak .Stating at the front working to the back and then top to bottom he identified and repaired all that was wrong while the whole time staying in contact with me explaining fully what was needed and why. I like how King’s Music store is a small personable, friendly environment. They have a good selection of instruments and music. I mentioned my guitar hadn’t been keeping tune well lately. How I’d stored it in my bedroom for many years, rarely playing it. How I’ve started playing all the time again. Daniel offered to check my guitar. I went and brought it to him. He cleaned the dust off and restrung it and checked everything. And taught me things I did not know about my guitar! Thank you Daniel!

I started going to this place a couple of months ago following a work injury. The office is very clean and uptodate with all kind of equipment you might need. Very friendly and professional staff, and wonderful physiotherapists. I have been seeing Brandon, who has helped a lot during each session by using the right treatments as well as equipment during the sessions, and sending me descriptive photos and videos of my daily routines in an email following each session.
I definitely recommend them.

Bobs Driveline has installed engines, rebuilt drivetrains and dealt with electrical problems I have had. It has been at least 10 years and still my preferred shop for major ticket repairs. I had such a positive experience at this clinic -- hence why I'm writing a review at midnight on a work night! LOL. Needless to say, I'm too thrilled to sleep ; ) So what happened is, one of my molars started breaking apart (the culprit: a caramel apple), and I didn't know what to do. I knew I'd have to have the tooth pulled, and was putting it off because I knew that this would leave a hole in my smile (and spending thousands on an implant just isn't ideal). It was making for awkward eating, so eventually I realized that I had to do the deed and just get the job done -- but my dentist is from my hometown of Kamloops, so I needed to look for one in Vancouver. I polled my friends on Facebook and Dr Jin & came so highly recommended that it was a no brainer to choose him. I called him that day and he worked around my schedule, staying late at the clinic to see me (I work downtown and the clinic is in BBY). When I got there, I was greeted with so much warmth from he and his wife that I was so glad that I'd chosen them -- and to my utter surprise, he SAVED the tooth. I don't know the proper term, but he basically fused my tooth together making it shiny and NEW again. It feels amazing. Instead of having a hole in my mouth and needing to worry about shelling out the big bucks for an implant, he did what I didn't think was possible. I'm so grateful for it because he could have gone the easy (and more lucrative) route, and charged me a whole lot more to do it. Ecstatic. Even though he's not in my neighbourhood I wouldn't go anywhere else. Excellent dentist. Bonus: he's funny too!

Excellent experience all around. This order was done entirely over the phone (a shout out to Carla K at Richmond La Z Boy for her very professional and friendly help with the ordering and delivery). I had previously ordered a Lancer recliner over 20 years ago from this store, and it had lasted all this time, but was starting to show its age. I ordered a new Lancer, and am absolutely happy with the mew chair. While maybe pricier than bargain basement chairs, the quality and comfort can't be beat.

They have great inventory and great selection. The staff help you very well in your selection. The price is fair. It's not low but it's comparable to average prices that you might even encounter in US (which is pretty impressive). Bought a chair that cost more than thousand dollars but the price was compatible with every other retailer I checked. In BC it was the lowest. They also deal well with returns and exchanges. Sales need to be more subjective.
