First customer service was excellent booked a time and day that worked for me. When the technician arrived he was very knowledgeable , respectful and kind. I had to wait for my part but that is understandable as I am sure all parts are not kept on hand.

I took a t440 to him that had problems (4 bleeps etc). They looked it over for free, told me the possible price, and fixed it. Also advised putting in a solid state HD which was a great idea. Im writing this a year later. They are honest, competent, friendly and professional. Answered all my qq. I will go back to them. In comparison a Westdale shop I phoned, before Dr. Dan, was so rude after I asked a couple of qq. about what they were going to do that I decided never to try the other shop.

Took my parents computer to the Upper Wentworth location in Hamilton and the technician - Andrew was extremely helpful and downloaded a new internet browser which solved the problem on the computer. Andrew was very helpful, understanding and very efficient at fixing the problem. My parents are grateful that he fixed their computer at the same time I walked into the store and for no charge. I will definitely recommend this store to everyone. Thank you Andrew!

Modern furniture is all about an up to date design but it is not always comfortable. We bought a Natuzzi couch from here and are still talking about how comfortable it is. It was not cheap but we now know it was well worth the price. Thanks Jas, for giving us all your knowledge of many years in the business to help us decide to go with an outstanding furniture line. This company far exceeded our expectations and simply made our day in moving my elderly in laws, both 95 years of age, such an easy and wonderful experience. Their home was lovingly moved and then set up so all they and we had to do was walk in and enjoy. Barbs expertise shone through as she worked with dedication and detail to see each time we requested to be moved was cleaned and displayed like it had been there for years. My in-laws were totally surprised when they walked in and just smiled.

Ordering a custom sideboard with Kaza Wood Furniture was super easy...they came to my house and measured the spot that it would be in to ensure it would fit properly. Then they asked what kind of contents I will be storing in this sideboard so everything would fit perfectly. I got to pick the wood, color and one of the many exclusive designs they have available. Can not say enough good things about him and his staff!!! He is nicest doctor ever as long as you are honest with him ... I was a bad client for years, now with there help, I'm 9 years clean and 6 years sober, and he supports whatever I want to do as long as I am staying healthy and happy!!! Also, this is how I got him, I had no family doctor, mine retired, Hadley saw me walking down the hall with my rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia pain, said I had no Dr, and he took me on, right there!!!

This place is easy to miss because its not showy but what a great find. I love the staff and the services. I feel very relaxed and cared for at Body Sense. I rebook my appointments so that I don't have trouble getting in because the girls offer such great services they book up quickly, this is definitely is not the place to walk into and expect to get in that day. I highly recommend paying the store a visit!
