I was in the Post Office yesterday and today and the same young gentleman served me. I have to say he is one of the most helpful clerks I have come across. He is pleasant, helpful and kind. I have vision difficulties and he was most helpful in serving me. Kudos to whomever hired this great young man!!!

When my dad had a stroke and my mother was not able to live alone I reached out to Home Instead from my home in Florida and they had 24/7 care in place for my mother by 8:30pm that evening (and it was a holiday weekend). Such peace of mind until I could get there to care for my mother and support my fathers recovery. So appreciative of the kind services of the caregivers.

Stopped by needing a last minue birthday cake. Despite how busy,yet Sam (the only one working) Helped when he saw my panicked face. Instead of rushing me, he actually listened,gave thoughtful suggestion like cinnamon cream cheese icing & options. Despite managing the entire section alone, SAM helped with incredible product knowledge and genuine care.That kind of service is unicorn-rare in retail. Visiting from another province and forgot one prescription. Went to the pharmacist, described my situation, she was very helpful, phoned the drugstore in British Columbia where my prescription is Held, got the required information and presto I had my medication.
This happened on Saturday sept 16. My prescription had been cancelled by myself for but my pharmacy gave the name of the drug to the shoppers pharmacist, and she was able to suggest an over-the-counter medication.
