They are super friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help! Recently had issues with our computer and they not only fixed the issue but made recommendations to improve the speed and I am so glad they did, my computer is running faster then ever. Thank you!

I find it an interesting store..lots to look at. Today, I bought a patio sectional that was knocked down to 70% thanks to Cieux clearance sale. Staff was great. There is plenty of furniture items to choose from.

A family member needed a good gaming computer back in 2009. Josto recommended parts, ordered those they didn't have and assembled everything into what they then said was the fastest computer they'd ever had in the store. We still have it and it continues to be a fine performer, although no longer top end. A few parts have been swapped but on the whole the same box. Good advice, good recommendations and a good build.

I am a retired nurse and have been under John's care for many years. He has been an integral part of my health care team. In 2006 I was out for a walk and was hit by a car. I took an important 16 year olds birthday card to the post office a week ago, and Liz put it through the test slot and it went through. It got returned today (her birthday is tomorrow) saying there wasn't enough postage on it. Liz immediately took responsibility for the mistake and insisted on paying for an express mail. I’m still stunned about the compassion Liz and the staff have at Salmon Arm post office.

I had a package shipped up to me, and I ended up putting in the wrong postal code. Tracking it online told me Vernon. Calling around to both post offices in Vernon, and several in Kelowna (because my address was a Kelowna one) didn't give me any helpful information. I called this office once, and they took my number and ended up finding it for me later that day and calling me. Super helpful staff, and I'm tempted to just order to Armstrong all the time for the service alone.
