I went to the Tillicum Mall medical clinic today and was impressed by the professionalism and the friendliness of the office staff. I was greeted by Pat and Cathy and found them to be extremely helpful and polite to my situation. They were fully booked at the time and they didn’t need to go above and beyond - but they did. They were able to fit me in between appointments with Dr. Perry. I was so impressed with the service from Pat, Cathy and Dr. Perry that I wanted to share my experience.

Brian Wilson of Wade Roberts Plumbing came out to our home to help us figure out plumbing for a new downstairs bathroom. We are confident in the advice he provided and very pleased that he identified a pulmbing problem in our house that needed to be fixed. He is clearly very knowledgeable and customer service focused. We recently used LaPorte when moving from one home to another. The service was excellent - we used their packers for china, crystal, etc and everything arrived at our new home in perfect condition. And the moving team were outstanding - Chad and his team were the best. They had a good sense of humor, which really helps during the stressful time of moving, but at the same time were professional and efficient. Great job all around.

They were very kind and helpful on the phone, took my computer in with intention to get new one and have all data transferred. Jeff first tried blowing air in speakers, then Chris pulled up Neil Diamond audio for us to assess - it was great. No need for new one - so thankful, especially during this very odd time. I love going to this clinic.I would recommend people to go here. I had cervical spondylosis, back and hip issues. Doctors would usually just prescribe pain relievers. Only chiropractic procedures with doctor Carol makes me feel better and relieved. Dr. Carol explains everything well and Neth is very accommodating and helpful.
