With their friendly service, they will always go the extra mile to, for example, clarify things with your doctor when necessary and go out of their way to make sure you understand your medications and get them on time. I previously had hearing aids for 5 yrs but never wore them as they never fit. Went to The Ear Company expecting to purchase new ones but they made adjustments to mine and they fit perfectly.
