We were completely impressed with the service from start to finish. They recommended the perfect system, answered all our questions, met us on short notice, did an excellent job on installation, cleaned everything up (were also careful to lay down tarps and not mess up the floors), and made sure we were not without heat in the process. Not the cheapest option, but well worth it; we are already seeing a reduction on our electrical bills as a result. Would strongly recommend.

Needed new brakes & a General check up as I was headed for Grande Prairie AB. so wanted to make sure Truck was in shape. They fixed the brakes & went over everything in detail & explained it all. The team at Cooksons is outstanding. After receiving a local quote for multiple thousands of dollars to replace the injectors in my truck, I came to rent a truck while mine was down. When going to get the rental, I asked the service department for a quote. They recommended an additive, before a quote. They put the additive in my truck for me, and it fixed the issue right away. The bill was $5.00 for the additive, and no cancellation fee on the rental. Great service by all, will be back again

We were upgrading our kitchen and were desperate to get our back splash done. Nick and Evvy helped us out immediately when calling them so we could use our kitchen soon again.
We were also impressed because Nick sees the tile setting as a creation and the work looks accordingly, very well done.

I purchased the ADL Spa hydrotherapy tub from Aquassure Accessible Baths Kelowna in 2012 in order to treat my advanced osteoarthritis. I use it with Epsom salts as soon as I feel any joint pain or muscle tightness and have experienced very positive results. The adjustable massaging jets can be aimed directly over the painful area, and sliding smoothly in and out without any awkward bending and stretching is also a 'joint-saver.' The installation was straightforward and went without a hitch. My new tub is a very reliable and attractive addition to my bathroom. I now can perform my own hydrotherapy WITHOUT LEAVING MY HOME! I have no regrets whatsoever in purchasing this wonderful product. Thank you Aquassure for such a unique invention which helps me live a pain-free life without needing any risky surgery!
