Dr. Palleck and her staff were very helpful and excellent with my daughter. I am truly thankful for the work they did, she went from never smiling to showing off her beautiful smile all of the time. The staff was patient and helpful. My son had his wisdom teeth removed and was very confused, but they demonstrated a lot of patience in how they spoke with him. The only thing that could be improved upon is the option for direct billing. I know it isn’t without its challenges, but it does make accessing the service a little simpler. I was on my way to Barrie coming from London, when my car died on me. Passing by I saw The Auto Doctor and quickly turned in. I assumed it was the alternator that was the issue. When I walked inside I was greeted with great customer service and fair if not great pricing. They were on the phone ordering the part, had it shipped to the shop, and installed a brand new alternator within an hour. To be able to drop in without an appointment and have that amazing service, Id highly recommend!

Dr. Shimizu did an excellent job on my wisdom teeth for multiple members in my family and I told him I would not be able to have a follow up the next week ad I would be out of the city and just now at 9pm at night he went out of his way to call me and see how my teeth were. Incredibly caring doctor and very insightful on the few follow up questions I had about care for my mouth.
