With my husband, we have been patients of Dr. Rodriguez for over 10 years and it always has been a very positive and pleasant experience. I live in Kingston, and I am happy to take the one hour trip to get to her dental office. She is a wonderful professional and a lovely person. She is very kind, caring, knowledgeable, super gentle, up to date on every new technique and approach, and ready to make every effort to accommodate you. Very honest and thorough. Great staff. I highly recommend her.

I am very happy with Dr. Dong Li's office and his staff. Thank you. Always greeted with a friendly smile. Kelly at the front desk is amazing! Kelly goes out of her way to ensure you have a great experience. My dentist Dr Phil -always makes me feel comfortable with is calm, caring personality. He is a highly skilled dentist. I had my teeth cleaned by Molly today. Molly is very professional, caring, and calm. She did an excellent job cleaning my teeth today. See you in three months!

I am from Kingston and was able to get referred to Brockville Oral Surgery faster than waiting for an appointment in Kingston. I have had two extractions with two dentists. Both were extremely thorough in explaining the process and the work was done seamlessly. The staff and receptionist are very friendly and professional. I would recommend BOS in a heartbeat! I was very impressed. Called them at 4:50 pm on a Sunday because our garage door refused to open and the car was stuck inside. They treated the situation with the proper level of urgency and showed up promptly at 7 am the following day (they offered to come immediately but let us know that since they were already closed it would cost a lot more). He had the door open by 7:30, so I didn't have to take the bus to work.

Dr Premji listens and remembers what I tell him which makes visits a collaborative experience where healing can occur. I have followed Dr. Premji as he has moved practices & will continue to do so because of his wonderful wisdom and bedside manner.

Most people do not particularly like going to the Dentist but everyone is so friendly and relaxed in there, it is not a harrowing experience at all. Keep it up guys, you are all great !
