Our furnace broke in the middle of the night on CHRISTMAS and Brendan took the call at 1am. Vince came out to do the repairs in the morning and he was friendly, patient and reassuring. He clearly set out the expectations, pricing and committed to doing his best to get us up and running. Vince diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the repair on site. A friend told me about Mr. PC Doctor and they looked good so I gave them a shot. Their tech arrived relatively quickly and took care of the problem right on the spot. I found Dr. Hong on Google and met with him twice before finally going under a needle. My meetings were short but informative. The surgical staff was friendly and helpful. We know they're always busy, there's always someone to treat after, but it really touched us how Dr. Gawlik sat down with our girls to ease them into braces, and she even called Dr. Gep from the other room and together they explained to the girls how to take care of their teeth, especially with braces on. It was an experience for the whole family, a solid team effort!
