Everyone I've interacted with at Woodfield Auto has been really trustworthy, friendly, and honest. I always leave with the sense that they genuinely care about the cars they work on (and the customers who drive them!), rather than the manipulative nickel-and-diming I've experienced at bigger auto service chains. I wasn't planning to write a review but the very negative one popped up and I felt compelled to respond. I have been dealing with Bev and the previous pharmacist at this pharmacy for over a decade on some tricky issues. They have ALWAYS been extraordinarily pleasant. I hope the earlier reviewer will give them a second chance.

We had a bunch of delays due to bad weather (A big tyank you to Melissa at the office for keeping us updated & dealing with our frustrations!) but we incredibly impressed by the crew sent out & the work done. It looks great!! We could not be more pleased with our new roof & windows or the service we received. Thank you all!!

Bob at Mr.Freeze has been awesome with helping me with my aging truck. From fuel lines to replacing original parts (the truck is a 97) I always get treated fairly, never any curve balls, and my truck runs freaking amazing STILL!
