I woke up yesterday to flooding in my basement and immediately googled Flood restoration in the GTA. The first company that came up was 5 Start Cleaning. I called the line and Bob diligently instructed me on how he was going to remove the water from my basement. His crew arrived 20 minutes later and worked on my basement all morning. Bob provided updates and Lisa called later in the day to check up on everything. Very good customer service. I would definitely recommend Bob and his crew!

I cant say enough about this wonderful business. Jay was very helpful from the moment I talked to him on the phone and he walked me through turning the main water off to fixing another problem before it even began. He was very considerate about wearing booties, very polite and a third generation plumber so its in his blood. What great service! Breakers went out at 4am on a Saturday morning. Mark and John arrived as promised. He was fast polite and courteous! An amazing facility! Every single feature has been thought through to make it the safest and most comfortable for pet. The staff is super friendly and get to know you and your pets so well.
Their groomer has done great work on my 2 goldens, giving me exactly what I want and even pointing out skin concerns.

Simply amazing. I frantically called on Monday morning after running the cisterns from my gravity-fed well completely dry from watering the grass (little did I know it was about to rain). Steward arrived a few short hours later, fixed it in a jiffy and adjusted my pump for better water pressure. He was amazing. As was the gentlemen who took my call, since he was very knowledgable and knew just what needed to happen. I will never call anyone else.

My mother in law had plumbing medic do high pressure wash of all there drains this is how I found plumbing medic. My experience with the plumbing mecid was of complete satisfaction. Had them do a customized bath room. They were so clean (4 dropsheets) it was like they were never there, other then they do play horrible country music on there radio a little to loud. Pricing was spot on, I did order alot of high end components/fixtures with them. Want high end, it costs high end. What amazed me the most was the high end finish that they did. Adds a whole new feeling to walking to a bathroom.
