I cant say enough about this wonderful business. Jay was very helpful from the moment I talked to him on the phone and he walked me through turning the main water off to fixing another problem before it even began. Check valve on pump found to be not working correctly thus laundry tubs not able to drain properly with pump cycling off and on. Cameron came and problem solved the issue to a satisfactory outcome. As we live in Holland landing its always nice to support the local business. We found the the business to offer efficient service, a personable and competent employee and fair pricing. I have a tankless water heater installed by this business. They provide excellent services. When the sales person arrived at our house to do an assessment and cost estimate, he identified all the issues with our existing heater that was installed by a previous contractor. The gas pipes issues were corrected by Star Alliance installers. We are very happy with their workmanship. I would recommend this HVAC system installers to others.

I woke up yesterday to flooding in my basement and immediately googled Flood restoration in the GTA. The first company that came up was 5 Start Cleaning. I called the line and Bob diligently instructed me on how he was going to remove the water from my basement. His crew arrived 20 minutes later and worked on my basement all morning. Bob provided updates and Lisa called later in the day to check up on everything. Very good customer service. I would definitely recommend Bob and his crew!

While the initial experience was poor, Mr Handyman has bent over backwards to fix and remedy the situation. They have since come by and made good on repairs and made good on my poor experience. Not often contractors care about their reputation, but Mr Handyman obviously does.... I will call again going forward.

In a panic, and in a rush, they went WELL above and beyond to get me on the road. The part that I needed; closest one was in Barrie. One of the guys actually drove their own vehicles to Barrie to get the rad pipe, because it was after the last part shipping vehicle. I cant thank all of them enough. Frankie's is the kind of place you want to sit for a few hours sharing a bottle of wine and some great food with your sweetie, or a couple of good friends. A warm atmosphere, made all the more romantic with a live guitar player. Wonderful. We had a great table by the window (though chilly - bring your sweater, but the fireplace table looked oh so cozy!
The caesar salad was fine, we're garlic fans so wish it had had more, but the greens were well dressed. The bruschetta was good -they found the garlic! The mushroom pasta as definitely the highlight of the meal - lots of expertly prepared fungi swimming in a creamy sauce - yummy! Carbonera pasta was okay - the sauce somehow not as delicious as the mushroom pasta and I wished for more pepper. We skipped dessert, nothing was super appealing - and we were full! Yes, this place on the pricey side for just pasta, but worth it as a treat.
