Frankie's is the kind of place you want to sit for a few hours sharing a bottle of wine and some great food with your sweetie, or a couple of good friends. A warm atmosphere, made all the more romantic with a live guitar player. Wonderful. We had a great table by the window (though chilly - bring your sweater, but the fireplace table looked oh so cozy!
The caesar salad was fine, we're garlic fans so wish it had had more, but the greens were well dressed. The bruschetta was good -they found the garlic! The mushroom pasta as definitely the highlight of the meal - lots of expertly prepared fungi swimming in a creamy sauce - yummy! Carbonera pasta was okay - the sauce somehow not as delicious as the mushroom pasta and I wished for more pepper. We skipped dessert, nothing was super appealing - and we were full! Yes, this place on the pricey side for just pasta, but worth it as a treat.

Travelling through Angus on a Friday afternoon, when my rad hose decided it was going to leak, and pour my coolant everywhere. In a panic, and in a rush, they went WELL above and beyond to get me on the road. The part that I needed; closest one was in Barrie. One of the guys actually drove their own vehicles to Barrie to get the rad pipe, because it was after the last part shipping vehicle. I cant thank all of them enough. NEVER have I been treated like I was actually a customer. THE BEST!

I cant say enough about this wonderful business. Jay was very helpful from the moment I talked to him on the phone and he walked me through turning the main water off to fixing another problem before it even began. He was very considerate about wearing booties, very polite and a third generation plumber so its in his blood. We went 48 hours without water. Something went wrong in our water well. Originally had a company (I will not mention the name here) booked to come and look at our well but they never showed up and told us they were too busy. We called almost everyone in our area and surrounding areas. It was either they were too busy (Water Well business must be very lucrative), they wouldn’t come to our area, no one returned my calls, or there was no answer. We were about to give up when I called The Plumbing Pros in Barrie and even though he couldn’t help us with our particular water problem, he took the time out of his busy schedule to call his suppliers to see if he can find someone for me. He called me back within 10 minutes with some recommendations. Because of this small act of kindness, we were able to get our water fixed! My mother in law had plumbing medic do high pressure wash of all there drains this is how I found plumbing medic. My experience with the plumbing mecid was of complete satisfaction. Had them do a customized bath room. They were so clean (4 dropsheets) it was like they were never there, other then they do play horrible country music on there radio a little to loud. Pricing was spot on, I did order alot of high end components/fixtures with them. Want high end, it costs high end. What amazed me the most was the high end finish that they did. Adds a whole new feeling to walking to a bathroom.
