West shore transmission built me a bad transmission and would not fix the problem. I took it to Carl and Jason at sooke centre auto they found broken,damaged and used parts in my trans. They went over and above to get it done with a 3 week booked schedule. Got it done in 3 days and it is an awesome trans. Thanks for the service.

Your team came over on short notice on a Friday to ensure that our tenant could have hot water over the weekend. I could not get our usual plumbing company to come over.) In addition, your plumber was able to get the hot water working for the weekend, then returned promptly, as promised, on Monday to finish the job details with materials that were not available on Friday. When many places closed and they were swamped they still managed to fit me in without appointment after snow left my splash guard dragging under the car.
