I had a visit from a raccoon in the middle of the night who tore the vent cap off. I called Jimmy the Roofer and explained the problem. He was at my door in less than 15 minutes. He was able to fix all 5 vents and add eavestrough covers along 1 side of the house which another contractor had never returned to finish. He and his partner were friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. They explained various options and let me pick what I wanted. They also cleaned up before they left.

I took my 2017 Chevy Volt in for its 5yr coolant flush(this particular vehicle has 3 separate coolant systems). My service adviser Jeremy was polite, attentive and did not try to sell me something I did not need at the moment. They performed the service and my car was ready for pickup at the promised time for a lower price then what was originally estimated. They even plugged it into a battery charger and was fully charged for me. What else can you ask for. Fantastic service department.

Great experience. They took the time to explain all of the features of the car and would not let me buy it until I drove it. There was no pressure put on me and after being treated so well and falling in love with car I bought it. Carrie is with Mom on Sundays and is equally wonderful helping Mom. At this time Mom is 101 years young and loves having these girls with her.
