I brought my Mother in to find a seat for her toilet and to buy a new walker. The gal we dealt with was so compassionate, knowledgeable and very patient with my Mother. My Mother did get a seat and found a wonderful walker. Unfortunately they did not have one in stock but said they would order one and it would be delivered to her in about two days. The next day it was delivered and she phoned me all excited about the walker and getting it that day. You made her very happy. Thank you so much. Sue

This irish style pub is just fantastic. Me plus five others went to dine and had a very divers choice of food. We all had the wings wich are very tastey and very saucey. I had the perogies with cherizo and it was absolutley great. My friends all enjoyed there food (minus the soup). Would eat there again. Service was allso great.

I worked with Tammy in the window department. She was very patient with my and gave me many estimates as I explored all the windows I wanted as opposed to what was available. I would highly recommend her.
The only reason that I didnt give the 5th star was that the window frames are not deep enough to protrude out past the hardie board siding we had installed. With all my questions, I didnt know to ask about it and someone else actually placed the order and didnt ask about my siding depth.

Not only that, our poster quality was excellent and the employee showed great customer service. They were very approachable and understanding. Wow been sometime since I felt good to go out and Shop (surgery and unwellness on top of COVID) Today my exp in the store was beyond excellent In the past I have been frustrated shopping due to poor customer service levels (many types of stores) but today the woman (appeared to be floor Manager) had such great humour and ability to know how to talk to me Many do not like serve older folk & I am not your typical boomer except for customer service expectation so cudos to Staples Chilliwack!!!

The entire experience was very enjoyable, Mandy worked with me to give me exactly what I envisioned and she even worked within my budget to give me an affordable price.if price is no bar they make the most elegant arrangements I have seen, and if you are on a budget they will work harder with you to meet it than any other florist.
Mandy is always able to produce the most beautiful arrangements that can be used for days. I've been to other florists, but none of them were as personable as Mandy. You are always in great hands at Plush!! Whether you need just one arrangement for a special occasion, or if you are looking for 30 table top arrangements, this is the place to go. They have a beautiful shop located on the main strip in burnaby.
Mandy is passionate about what she does and it shows in her arrangements, is incredibly talented, and also really listened to my requests. I couldn't have been happier with the result. Not to mention the pricing was extremely reasonable. Couldn't give a higher recommendation for this store.
