I have been going here for a long time. Last year my 13 year old daughter was pulling something in her leg every time she jumped just 3 weeks before volleyball nationals. We had just two sessions and he had her playing better and stronger than she had all year. I strongly recommend Pugi for kids in sports or even if your child has major growth spurts. ( my daughters is 5'11") It will make a huge difference!

I just wanted to give shout out to the staff at Central Auto and Truck parts. My left hand rear window got smashed this morning. They took my car in right away and I had it back in a few hours. All broken glass was cleaned up and looking perfect. Very reasonably priced too!!

I have known Lawrence personally for over 15 years and I can state without hesitation that among being one of the finest human beings I have ever had the privilege of knowing hes also one of the brightest, honest and intelligent mechanics I have ever met.

I would 100% recommend the muffler man,fantastic customer service and very good to deal with,I went in a few times for various things,first was an exhaust leak and they welded that up no problem. The next time I went in I wanted a resonator delete and a performance muffler,but I realized I didn’t like the drone of the muffler I chose,so I went back and they welded another one no problem. They got me in and got the work done every time in a very reasonable amount of time.even if they were busy.

I had 2 insurance brokerages shopping around for commercial coverage on a property I own- HUB International was one of them. Kirtis (at HUB) explored all options and advocated on my behalf for lower deductibles. Compared to the Edmonton brokerage also insuring the property, his communication was clear and concise and he followed through on what he said he would do. I would highly recommend this brokerage! Could not ask for better service. Even during peak busy fall work, he got my truck in and fixed the same day I got him the part. Dwayne runs a first class operation. Place is neat and clean, service is professional and competent and at about $100 an hour shop rate very fairly priced. They also charge reasonable hours for the work. Would highly recommend anyone wanting repairs done to go there. Would use them regularly if I lived anywhere near Spirit River.

Rob Lavalley is excellent. Extremely good at assessing and diagnosing. Spends the time and truly cares about you. I am a nurse myself and spent 4 months recovering from a leg fracture/surgery. There were so many days when I thought I was doing poorly/was discouraged and was given motivation and encouragement to continue. Have seen for elbow, back, knee, and lower leg/ankle. Complete recovery (exceeded expectations) and can't say enough!
