How does this place have such a middling rating? Is it simply THE place to watch a game. Any game.
As great as the setting is for watching sports, for me the food and beer selection are the heroes.
The "wing king" chef earns his title, and the range of beers wipes the floor with Bier Markt.
Yes, it's busy on game nights. Might have something to do with being situated next to the ACC, and a stones-throw away from the Dome.

My boyfriend and I have visited Akasaka a few times now and have enjoyed every dining experience here. Although the owner is Chinese, he has studied in Japan and the chefs are Japanese. We agree that they serve up the best rolls in Richmond Hill.
During our most recent visit here a couple of weeks ago, we enjoyed their 10 tation roll (unbelievably delicious lobster roll deep fried!), Crown Royal Roll (fois gras, eel, caviar & gold glitter), Super Rainbow (soft shell crab), and a few pieces of nigiri. Some of their rolls look questionable ('Thai' Passion, 'Korean' kim-chee roll), and being of Japanese descent, I avoided these. Thai/Korean twists should not be mixed or confused with Japanese rolls - surely they serve these to cater to Koreans and people who enjoy Thai food. We strictly stick to their rolls (and make an exception to some nigiri). Not every Japanese restaurant does well with bringing in top quality sashimi. The waiter did not bring us our dry noodle sticks which they bring to every table at no cost. We had to ask and later remind them twice. My boyfriend ordered us the green tea creme brulee for dessert as he enjoys it very much. The serving is very small, however it is quite delicious. Our bill came to approx $78 (no alcohol). The rolls are not cheap, but you pay to get top quality here. All the rolls we had were excellent - among my favourites were the 10 tation & Crown Royal rolls. If you've had them, you will understand what I mean. They are killer!
The teppanyaki here is also very popular, as evidenced by the occupied tables. We however don't do teppanyaki, as you pay for the show. The food is not spectacular and if you're coming to a Japanese restaurant which is well-known for its rolls, its these items which one should stick with.

I had to visit Dr. Girdhar for my gum feeling. I am super satisfied with his work and the hot and cold sensations that I was facing since years has been gone overnight. Staff is very professional too. Would recommand Dr. Girdhar and will never go to other dentist again.

Customer service on both the sales and service side were beyond expectations. The staff were knowledgeable and prompt with answers to the questions I had on purchasing a new vehicle and the service required. Dan was very informative about the vehicle I was purchasing and supportive throughout the process. The service side was exceptional as well. Clean, pleasant staff and top notch products. Private rooms if you don't want to sit and chat with friends in their comfy massage chairs. Reasonably priced and lots of treatments available. I took my 2017 Chevy Volt in for its 5yr coolant flush(this particular vehicle has 3 separate coolant systems). My service adviser Jeremy was polite, attentive and did not try to sell me something I did not need at the moment. They performed the service and my car was ready for pickup at the promised time for a lower price then what was originally estimated. They even plugged it into a battery charger and was fully charged for me. What else can you ask for. Fantastic service department.

My experience with this location was wonderful. I went in for a teeth cleaning and filling and left with a bright smile. Doctor Sharma was extremely understanding as well as patient during the entire painless process. Rather than rushing any judgement she re-assured I was comfortable. I will definitely be returning. Additionally, I loved the tv on the ceiling. Great for distracting oneself.

Great experience. They worked hard to get me the truck I wanted AND at half the interest rate I had on the car I traded in. They also filled the tank and refilled it when we had to go back to them a few days later when a faulty gas cap caused the engine light to come on and at no charge they are getting it replaced. Even let us have it mailed to us instead of us having to make another trip to get it. So far they have done everything I have asked if them.
