Ive taken a Cadillac; GMC Sierra & my Jeep to Master Mechanic Ive been told the truth and given reasonable and reliable service. But my big story is my daughter leaving Barrie w/her 3 children to return to Florida. Her Pathfinder broke down in Innisfil. We towed it back to Dan at Master Mechanic.They could have put in a new Rad & hoses, but thought it could be repaired more simply. Today I went to Rona in East Gwillimbury to buy some hardware stuff. We met an associate named Diaba in paint department who took us to hardware section and helped above and beyond today. We were very impressed with her excellent customer service. She was very respectful, helpful and very knowledgeable about Rona products and had lot of patience as well. She spend almost 45 minutes to find the best hardware products for us. We are yet to find such a talented associate in any stores in New market Lire plus

Travelling through Angus on a Friday afternoon, when my rad hose decided it was going to leak, and pour my coolant everywhere. In a panic, and in a rush, they went WELL above and beyond to get me on the road. The part that I needed; closest one was in Barrie. One of the guys actually drove their own vehicles to Barrie to get the rad pipe, because it was after the last part shipping vehicle. I cant thank all of them enough.
