The Capilano Suspension Bridge is great family fun. The central part of this attraction is of course the bridge itself. 80 metres above the Capilano River it is often gut-check time to head out on the bridge and take a look over the side as it sways with the other visitors or, worse, the breeze. There isn't much to worry about but it is an exhilarating experience nonetheless. Beyond the bridge there is another equally exhilarating experience in the Treetops Adventure. Picture being high above the forest floor and going from tree to tree on a series of suspension bridges and getting to rest on platforms attached to the trees. Very cool. They have a great gift shop and lots of opportunities to learn about the history of the bridge and the first nations history in the area. A great deal for local residents too is that you can buy an unlimited membership good for a year for the same price as regular admission. Lire plus

Amazing experience. they accomodated us with our infant, took our stroller in the coat check, and made sure my allergies were attended to. They checked about 6 times to make sure I was ok and no item which I was allergic to didn't make it to my plate. They gave us a full banquette because we had our son with us. I try and hit up Rodney's whenever I am in Van. Located on trendy Hamilton St. it's got some serious character. Sit at the bar for a great view of the oyster shucking and some lively chat with the bartenders. Staff is friendly with plenty of personality. They have an oyster happy hour 4-6pm (if I remember correctly) where it's half price oysters. And seeing as many of the oysters and ingredients come right out of the ocean around BC the food is beyond fresh. And in case you were wondering, this place has the best selection of oysters I have seen yet. 11 different kinds on the last visit. My favorites being Fanny Bay and Kushi. We had a lovely table by the window so we had a nice view. Overall ambience is very bright and contemporary. To our benefit the restaurant was not that busy on a weeknight and we parked very close. The service was very good. We enjoyed their daily flatbread special and crab cakes to start. For our mains we went with halibut and osso bucco, both too were very good and cooked just right. I recently visited this (new?) location with my friends and much to my joy the service was cool and attractive and the server was attentive... In other words, very good!! The food was good to above average and well cooked! tasty Chicken, and I special ordered melting cheese. Being a fan of inventive food, I will probably return to this location just for that but would definitely take a drive here also to satisfy my appetite for eye candy. I really liked it although the cheese was kinda salty and after a while. I would definitly go again, the waitresses were really cute but kinda old. Lire plus

I recently celebrated my birthday at a restaurant, and I must say the server was outstanding - knowledgeable, polite, and attentive. The rest of the staff were equally friendly. The food was excellent; we opted for the Dine-Out menu, and the recommended drinks paired perfectly. I'll definitely be returning for another visit. I appreciate very much Bacchus Bistro as it is , for me, the only decent dinning in Langley. Unfortunatly, living in Langley , I have been At Bacchus may be too often and find the menu very static. I have tried almost everything on the menu and would like to see something new so now and then. Keep the good work Lire plus
