I brought in a tour group of 33 people and the manager Jodi and her staff were waiting for us when we arrived. They provided great service and the food was very good. The group all voted they would go back again! Thank you so much! Our travel date was on 9/24/11 and arrived around 6:15pm for dinner. It was also nice being a family restaurant you could order wine, beer etc. One of the ladies in our group was having a birthday and the staff provided a slice of choc. cake and sang Happy B-day!

I highly recommend Kipps Lane Fish n Chips! I was hard pressed to find a classic fish n chip joint such as I had adored as a teen in Toronto in the mid 1970s. A true, halibut fish, hand filleted with the classic, puffed up batter and golden fries is a rare treat to still find these days especially from a family owned and operated restaurant who are so friendly and who take pride in what they serve you. Its very clean and your order is up and ready within 15 mins with a smile. Its just so YUM!

The owner is helpful - even when I am only buying a $3.00 piece of aluminum tubing. I have had to wait while he helped somebody who was buying a model worth hundreds of dollars - but lets be reasonable here. The prices are competitive with what is found online, and I have found building materials there (thin aluminum sheet) which I wasn't able to find elsewhere.

I walked in to Sami and Co. Hair and was pleasantly greeted by Rose, Sami and Co.'s new receptionist. I was offered tea or coffee on the house. I saw Shadi the owner of the salon for my colour and cut. The colour came out bold and beautiful. Shadi entertained me with a witty charm, I basically laughed the whole way through. In most salons I always feel like people are trying to sell me things, I didn't feel this way at all. I will be happy to return here for my next appointment.

I watched her deal with all kinds of personalities, some very tough, and she handled that pressure while maintaining her calm. My emails were returned very quickly. Extremely efficient service. Both bikes serviced within 24 hours - wow! We were told by another store the shifter could not be fixed on our older bike (old but expensive back in the day) therefore the bike was junk. Outspoken replaced what was needed and the bike is working great again. Thanks and we will definitely be back without hesitation.
