Open 24hrs, so prices are a little higher than other pho places. Around $9 for a large, but you get your money's worth because the portions are HUGE! They've achieved the perfect noodle to soup ratio.
The soup is one of the best I've had and they do not skimp on the meat either! Fresh tender rare beef + brisket!
Atmosphere is a little dilapidated but so are most pho places, so it's expected.
I'd go here every week if only I lived closer.

We, and our family have been going to First Choice for many many years. Never discouraged for price increases, as that is expected.
However, it is very inconsiderate increasing hair cut prices by about 15% the first day after being closed for so long. I realize you have lost a lot financially but your customers are not to blame. They have lost a lot as well. Perhaps if we had received a card for 10 or 15% off our next cut, it would have stung a little less.

Not sure why this place has really bad reviews. I got an appointment Friday Morning 9:15am, place was busy, staff were friendly, clean place, doctor Efrem Mendelcorn was ok. Only bad thing is there is a long waiting time, 2-3 hours to get things done.

Have loved going here for the past 3 weeks. I had become so frustrated, feeling like my upper back pain would never go away despite being only 26 years old. However in the past few weeks, Dr. Homer has greatly improved my back pain to it basically being gone. ....The noodles arrive in a large, shallow bowl with an elegant shape. Arrayed on top of the noodles in orderly rows are the pork, shrimp and a darkly crisp spring roll, along with strips of vinegared carrot and daikon, shredded cucumber, fresh mint leaves and bean sprouts. Nuoc cham sauce arrives on the side in a pretty little star shaped ramekin. The aroma of the grilled pork tantalizes. It has been sliced thin to maximize the crispy charred exterior, while still being pleasantly fatty and tender. The spring roll is perfectly fried and filled with a dense mixture of delicately chopped meat and vegetable. The shrimp has been finely minced and mixed with a good dose of garlic, before being formed around a sugarcane skewer, reminiscent of a sophisticated Pogo.....
