My 5phone year old fridge stopped working a few weeks ago. I went online to find a repair service and came across Purcell Appliance. The Tech was out with an hour, identified the problem, said he would look into the warranty and then let me know what was the best way to move forward. The parts where covered under warranty and he had them in within 3 days and installed on the fourth day.. I knew the cost in advance and nothing was hidden. Fridge is working perfectly now.

Very professional staff. Straight forward way of doing business. Many dealerships on the main strip and lots of choices but none better then Devon at Castlegar Kia. Don't take my word for it , give them a ring and find out why.
