I've used this shop a few times (4) and always have had great service the staff is friendly and the work of the shop is excellent. They make the process easy, there was a rental waiting or someone would take me to it and when done I just dropped the rental off in their parking lot. I'd use them again and actually will be in the near future.

Car was returned perfect . Work was done correct , and the car come back clean, Exterior and interior. Five star indeed.

I needed to take my 1999 Honda Accord in for repair after a hit and run incident.
As soon as I walked into Fix Auto Richmond Hill I noticed how clean and well organized the office was.
Not to mention the staff were very professional and helpful.
Although the owner was busy the other employees were very competent and welcoming.
Also, they are open Saturdays which is very convenient.
I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

I had been experiencing issues with my BMW 328I for a couple of years. It was to the point that I was ready to sell it after repeated visits to a number of mechanics in the area who could not diagnose or fix the problems. I was referred to Chris at Indrive and after a brief conversation and a thorough inspection of the car he was confident that he knew what was wrong and provided a very reasonable quote...long story short my car now drives like the day I bought it! 10 STARS!!
