I have only good things to say about Don and his team. There was constant communication from start to finish and all of the guys were knowledgeable, friendly, and worked hard. I had no idea how much wood I was wasting due to improper burning practices. Since following your advice I have reduced my wood consumption by one-third. (A miracle considering the long, cold winter we have been having)!

We had an opportunity to visit the show room for the first time and were quite well serviced. I believe Steve was our first contact, well we were so impressed we got our fire place serviced and a BARBQUE GAS was also purchased. The bbq was assembled, delivered the gas line hooked up. I would say this business understands service.
