Expensive gourmet food tastes good in a slightly above-average atmosphere. The wait staff are also slightly above-average but I wouldn't call them excellent as we had one with a bit of an attitude the last time we had lunch there. Not a bad view. The food is not consistant - we've been there for 3 lunches and each time someone at the table has been disappointed, including myself, although the last time we went there it was good. The welcoming committee as you enter are friendly, although each visit I've seen wait staff hanging around this area, joking with the greeter and that's not good. I don't suggest anyone sit near the patio doors (especially if you're a senior like us) as it can be cold and the wasps are inquisative.

Yippie!! I found Summerhill the ideal place for an excellent meal, ambience and terrific wine! I appreciated the extra-special attention I got from the staff. I purchased 6 bottles of wine that day. Although only open for dinner, this restaurant is often busy but if you are there when they open it can be better for us "old folks". The food was fresh and good and the staff friendly and helpful. When they found out it was my birthday they gave me my meal for free. Too bad they aren't open for lunch as we've often been in Kelowna looking to have a decent Chinese lunch. We'd go back again.

I stop at the IHOP 310 nearly every time I go to Kelowna. I like the food and the service plus it is easy to get to and lots of parking. Yesterday I stopped there about 4:30 PM. As I am nearly 73 I also looked at the 55 plus menus. I was surprised to see that items on the 55 plus are about 1/2 the amount of food but the price is the same as on the regular menus. I would have thought the price would have been lower if you were getting less food.

We had a 12 passengers in the limousine on my wedding and there was room for more. Was very comfortable and was on time. The service was so impeccable that I wouldn't hesitate to call for more service! He was always there on time and always going out of there way to make things right!
