I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. So we went to Key West Ford and bought a new Escape days later. However, the service department at Westcoast is unmatched with high quality reliable staff and we've gone there for years.

Bought a 2019 Ram 1500. I found them very easy to deal with with no pressure! With out even asking they gave me a really good deal which also included a 2 year warranty with Lubrico. After owning the truck I had a small leak in Radiator. With no questions asked they had it repaired. They also had the A/C topped up without even asking. I highly recommend Coast Way Auto to anyone who is looking for a reliable car at a reasonable price.

Absolutely a pleasure dealing with Gary and the staff at Hare Motors. The weather has been horrible and I was exhausted searching for vehicles under 10K ( been to a few dealerships throughout the lower mainland) I was referred by a friend to go check out Hare Motors in Surrey. Glad I did , Bought a 2019 Chevrolet Malibu for $300 a month. I've had 40+ cars and have only gone to dealerships a few times. I happened to drive by Whitehall Auto sales and I'm glad I did. Bob is amazing. I bought a pick up truck three days ago and I'm very happy with the whole process. Bob is great to deal with and showed me all I need to on the truck. Has a tent to switch cars often I'll likely be back. This will be my first stop on hunting for a used vehicle

I went today and the owner explained that he was away and his employee forgot to forward the office phone...he was super nice and waived the storage fee and dolly fee for us:)
