After a fantastic weekend traveling from Owen sound to Red Rock Ontario, we were heading home & learned that we urgently needed help to sort out some car issues, thankfully we were around Sudbury & went right to Back in action Automotive, where they got right to work & replaced our alternator, they were kind, fast & efficient which we are very thankful for! On a recent trip from Timmins,for a medical appointment the front left caliper seized on our truck. It was 3:00 pm on a Friday afternoon. We called several garages, but West End Alignment and Auto Repair was the only one that agreed to help. They worked 45 minutes past their closing time to get the repair done. Extremely thankful for their assistance. Peter and the other mechanic were lifesavers. We were 6 people in the vehicle including two elders, an infant and a preschooler. Thank -you

I am terrified of dentists and despite the fact he was quite busy that Saturday morning he took the time to reassure me that I am in control and nothing painful will be done to me.
