Royal Auto Collision not only do Damage Repair. I had my Audi Q7 Sparkplug and Battery changed earlier this year.
Recently I had my car Oil and Filters changed as well with original parts. Richard is the one I always deal with, he is not only providing good service, but he is very professional and courteous to the customers.

They were able to work on my car when every other shop gave up and suggested that I brought it to the dealership. When everyone else who was willing to work on my car, gave me a crazy expensive quote, Rich’s Garage had my back and got the job done for less than half what everyone was charging! I know this place almost 25 years and never had any problem with them. This is family business. I can tell that Ron, Rob and Ryan are the best mechanics in the city. They are nice, experienced and very honest people. I trust them on 100% because they always do their job perfectly well, on time and for the very reasonable price. Also, when I decided to replace my vehicle they gave me very good advice what vehicle to purchase and what to avoid. I recommend everyone to do the business with B and R.

We had an emergency in the middle of the trip. It was the first big snow storm and Greg was so gentle to help us soon. We spent the whole morning there, he changed the main belt, the joints, he fixed our heating (thanks god, we needed so many times!)... Besides being a very good professional, he was kind to offer us coffee for that cold morning. Where in other place we were given a budget of 3000$ to fix the car, he did it for much less and after 7 months, we are not disappointed. Recommended!!!

I have recently found these guys after searching for a place that actually cares, unlike other places (ALL local big name stores shall remain unmentioned), and will now not go anywhere else. These guys are the best. They treat you more like a family then a customer and are always willing to spend the time to talk to you and let you browse. They have the best selection of any place that I have gone and they always try to bring what they can as often as they can. No regrets going here.

Someone sketched my wife's CX9 in the parking while she was shopping. Luckily it was only a paint damage but still a damage. After some diligent research I ended up at Jesus's shop and showed him the problem. After walking me through his professionally equiped shop and showed me his work he looked up the model in a minute and provided me with an estimate instantly. I made an appointment with him for the next business day and he took care of the car. I can't even see where the damage was. The quality of his work is second to none, his demeneur is of the highest grade of professionalism and his pricing was in line with the level of work he needed to do. I recommend him to anyone who needs paint repairs. Thanks Jesus.

Hadn't had any work beyond basic for almost 100K and my SUV had rolled over to 200K. Was scared to take my SUV in, as it would be a mechanic's dream and they could recommend $$$. Matthew was great and honest and gave me a full breakdown. Got out of there for minimum $ but with recommendations and time frames for later. He seems to have clients that he cares for over time than one time customer fixes. Can't say it for most but I fully trust and recommend Matt. Sent family there the next week.
