Had Millennium look at 3 different vehicles over the last 6 years. None of them were new so expensive repairs were not appropriate. Ben did what was necessary to keep them all road worthy. He used a side mirror from a written off Prius to replace my broken one - electrical controls included and did it while I waited. He has always understood the mechanical problems always been pleasant to deal with.

My dad and girlfriend have had repairs done there , they went above and beyond . My dad had is vehicle fixed and they located a used computer board used as saved him literally hundreds of dollars , my girlfriend is also very impressed . very fair and professional.

Mike is the man. I have been taking the all of our family's vehicles to him since 1997 when he was still on old Victoria. You can count on him for realistic and reasonable estimates. He seems to always find the problem quickly, and fix it so it stays fixed.
And he's not tied to a dealership so he can save a bundle using jobber parts, or even used parts when appropriate. Very trust worth and good service.

Shane was excellent in servicing our car. He told us what was happening with our brakes. We purchased brakes from Canadian Tire, and they have given us nothing but grief. Shane is also a heavy duty mechanic as well as a car mechanic. Small business, good service. We are happy!

Consistently very helpful and I have always had excellent service. Have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a prescription to be filled especially great after a visit to Emergency or after surgery at nearby Nanaimo hospital when you are not up to par. Chairs, coffee and cookies are available. Compounding services are offered. Prescriptions costs seem to be comparable to the least expensive and largest pharmacies in Nananimo.

I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could. Amazing service with top quality workmanship. The repairs were quite reasonable (less than I guessed they would be). My car is only 3 months old and they repaired the damage to looking almost new again. I was disappointed in myself for damaging my new car and now it looks great. We have a fairly complicated plumbing system in our house, so that we can collect rainwater and use it during drought times. The original installation had problems; it wasn't Darcy's installation, but he fixed the problems, has returned several times for other problems (not of his making) and has shown us how to drain parts, maintain the system, and convert back and forth from rainwater to city water. He's been very patient and very competent.
