I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for oil changes since I’ve been driving (over 10 years) and have always had great experiences. The staff always go above and beyond. Today I went in to get my tail lights replaced and the guy that helped me came out to my vehicle and changed it while I waited outside of the shop, when I was going to grab my wallet he said “Because it’s Friday, it’s on me, have a great weekend” and walked away. I visited Cochrane Image and Autobody this past week, as I required some work on my Audi A4, due to a minor fender bender that occured a week prior. The quote that I was given for the required work, was less than two additional quotes that I had obtained that week. Additionally the service and workmanship that I received there was exceptional.
I have owned several high end vehicles over the past few years and I can state, without a doubt, that my experience here was incredible. Cochrane Image and Autobody, went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. Additional work that I had asked to be carried out last minute, was completed in a timely fashion. Furthermore, my vehicle received a comprehensive cleaning (interior/exterior) at no additional charge. In short, I received superior treatment; better than I recieve from the dealer with which the vehicle was purchased, at a fraction of the cost. I will ensure that all of my vehicles are serviced at this location, moving forward.

Job they even went and got extra work done and blacked out my emblems for me while they had the truck !!!! I would give this shop 10 stars if it allowed me to ...
