I had the pleasure of speaking to Kendal today and she was super helpful unfortunately the item I needed was out of stock but she figured out a new alternative for me for my RV this place is an amazing place to go. I wouldn’t go else where and will be returning for all my RV needs thankful for how kind and helpful they are I spoke to 10 different people and no one else helped me like Kendal and the rest of team! Ralph saved my life in which my car unexpectedly had problems that came out of the blue. Since I am hard of hearing I could not hear over the phone that he texted me through Facebook to walk me through the car problems in which we discovered that it needed to go into the mechanic shop which I took it in. There were many problems that were addressed and fixed. And I was happy to bring my car home fixed. Yet unfortunetly the car began to leak again yet he fixed it right away. Will go back again!

I had a power steering issue on my Mercedes, my car was really hard to steer. I took it to Hood Star Automotive, who dealt with it in a fast and friendly manner, I was back on the road in no time at all. They are great guys who really know their stuff. I would go back again and I would highly recommend them. Great to know someone in Chilliwack who is a fully trained Merc mechanic!

We bought an rv from them. The delamination that was on it, they fixed as part of the price. They through a few extras in at no extra cost. Plus we got the rv for a really good deal. Found the same one on a US site for $2000.00 more and that’s American. I will NEVER go anywhere else for an rv or service. This is The kind of service you dream of and never find. It was more then we could have expected. All I can say is WOW!!!

M.R. windows came to give an estimate, when they said they would, and installed the finished product, with the frames painted, when they said they would. After removing the old set, the new set was installed with perfection. As well, they removed and reinstalled the weather stripping on our other windows. OK, I recently did a review for having my radiator repaired a few days ago. I saved enough money from that repair (vs. OConnor Dodge) to consider doing a separate repair.
