Ralph saved my life in which my car unexpectedly had problems that came out of the blue. Since I am hard of hearing I could not hear over the phone that he texted me through Facebook to walk me through the car problems in which we discovered that it needed to go into the mechanic shop which I took it in. There were many problems that were addressed and fixed. And I was happy to bring my car home fixed. Yet unfortunetly the car began to leak again yet he fixed it right away. Will go back again!

I have owned a 2005 Golf TDI since new; my mechanic of 10 years retired and I heard of Kidger's automotive who has 20 years experience with VW's. Kris saved me several hundreds of dollars for overdue maintenance on three(3) separate quotes from my local VW dealership.Chris will quote labor in advance and part prices so no surprises. My profession deals with car accidents every day. I had my bumper repaired at Abby Collision and I must say, it was a seamless and pleasant experience. No waiting...and Danny was such a pleasant man, just happy to help smile and all. Mike was also very helpful in taking the time out to explain what may be the issue with an unrelated leak. Courtesy car, quick and proper repairs, a very nice wash, and helpful hard workers. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing a body shop. A+.

I had a power steering issue on my Mercedes, my car was really hard to steer. I took it to Hood Star Automotive, who dealt with it in a fast and friendly manner, I was back on the road in no time at all. They are great guys who really know their stuff. I've used Rob since he opened and he is the only mechanic I trust. While on a road trip to Ontario I had mechanical problems and phoned him for advice before going to the dealer.
Great customer service, professional, works fast, Great price. Never felt like I was up sold. Rob is honest and hard working. He also does his part for the community by hiring and training apprentices to pass on his knowledge. Highly recommend

OK, I recently did a review for having my radiator repaired a few days ago. I saved enough money from that repair (vs. OConnor Dodge) to consider doing a separate repair.
The back passenger door lock crapped out sometime ago. I got a quote back in Sep 2019 from OConnor which was $520 including parts/labour/taxes. After their findings I was given a full print out of everything and was gone through everything in detail by Gopi, the Manager at Crompton’s.
