I have been going to Dolphin for years. The reason for this is Brad and Chad are the most honest guys in the business, they tell you only what you need, they don't UPSELL! We all know that some shops or dealers take advantage of people's ignorance, but not Brad and Chad. I recommend Dolphin to everyone looking for repairs, I LOVE THESE GUYS!

I've used Rob since he opened and he is the only mechanic I trust. While on a road trip to Ontario I had mechanical problems and phoned him for advice before going to the dealer.
Great customer service, professional, works fast, Great price. Never felt like I was up sold. Rob is honest and hard working. He also does his part for the community by hiring and training apprentices to pass on his knowledge. Highly recommend

Henry and his sons represent the modern day equivalent of a bygone era where competency, interest, fair play and consistency were the norm to so many of our everyday service during those times. Their garage services our family two collector vehicles as well as a good friend who drives all the way from West Vancouver to have his Subaru Forester serviced twice a year. So, in a nutshell, a highly recommended garage serving the Chilliwack/Sardis area.

My experience at fix auto was great. I was involved in a rear-end accident. I was able to have it assessed right away and booked in for repairs shortly after. Danny communicated very well, walked through everything. Courtesy car was provided and workmanship and paint appears high quality. I would highly recommend this company and location.

OK, I recently did a review for having my radiator repaired a few days ago. I saved enough money from that repair (vs. OConnor Dodge) to consider doing a separate repair.
The back passenger door lock crapped out sometime ago. I got a quote back in Sep 2019 from OConnor which was $520 including parts/labour/taxes. I didnt bother to get an updated quote since then but they told me it was a little higher now since its been almost a year later. Back then I chose not to do the repair as I sel

Ralph saved my life in which my car unexpectedly had problems that came out of the blue. Since I am hard of hearing I could not hear over the phone that he texted me through Facebook to walk me through the car problems in which we discovered that it needed to go into the mechanic shop which I took it in. There were many problems that were addressed and fixed. And I was happy to bring my car home fixed. Yet unfortunetly the car began to leak again yet he fixed it right away. Will go back again!

Ten years ago we needed body work and painting. We were extremely satisfied with the work then. Last week we had someone hit the back end of the same vehicle. Idk what the other review is talking about but this shop doesn’t deserve a 1 star on yelp. They have the most knowledgeable front desk guy I’ve ever encountered. They they are a fast (often same day as drop off) efficient (don’t charge you for stuff you don’t need when they easily could) and communicative shop. They also have the Zeus computer readers which are much better then the readers other shops are using in Abbotsford.
