A Saturday afternoon, with frigid below 0C temps and high winds buffeting us when I see a leak in the exposed sewage line. Called Drain Pro, who sent us a plumber as soon as he could get here. Alex rooted out the line (massive root and frozen blockage!) within an hour and got all running smoothly. Whew! And to top it all off, Alex was extremely friendly and tireless. Your team came over on short notice on a Friday to ensure that our tenant could have hot water over the weekend. I could not get our usual plumbing company to come over.) In addition, your plumber was able to get the hot water working for the weekend, then returned promptly, as promised, on Monday to finish the job details with materials that were not available on Friday.
