I have been going here for a long time. Last year my 13 year old daughter was pulling something in her leg every time she jumped just 3 weeks before volleyball nationals. We had just two sessions and he had her playing better and stronger than she had all year. I strongly recommend Pugi for kids in sports or even if your child has major growth spurts. My opinion on Shoppers - Their products are good quality, affordable, in stock, I'm always happy with the items I buy. What I can say about this particular store, is that they have the most wonderful, kind, and helpful staff. I am there every morning picking up medication among other things.1 yr ago I was relieved by how the pharmacy team were friendly, despite seeing all my medications.
