I just visited John's Place for the first time after hearing many positive things about it. My friends were right – this place is amazing. I tried the tortellini, and my girlfriend tried the lasagna. Both were generous portions and had the best flavor I have ever found in a family restaurant like this. Great atmosphere too. I highly recommend John's Place.

The parking lot is tiny and awkward but you can also park on the street. They are closed for a while after lunch rush before opening for dinner at 5p (?). Everything is beautifully prepared and very generous proportions. The staff are very friendly and most accomodating to any substitutions you may want to make. Room is drafty on a cool day. Lots of us 'regulars' are addicted to their 'Spring Rolls' Very large portion served cut in small pcs with dipping sauce and rice or noodles. makes a very large meal,you wouldnt have room for anything more by yourself. If you share and get maybe 2 other dishes,that would be plenty for 4 people.

Awesome Asian fusion brunch with Filipino and Vietnamese influences. It was so good that I did not even notice my potato hash had no meat! It was comprised of a unique combo of ingredients including chick peas,l and sweet potato. I tried a bite of the breakfast Vietnamese bun and that was tasty too. There are 8 seats in the patio, not the best view as you see the viaduct but when it is sunny and warm it was just right. The service was friendly and excellent. Several spritzers available too.

I went to the Tillicum Mall medical clinic today and was impressed by the professionalism and the friendliness of the office staff. I was greeted by Pat and Cathy and found them to be extremely helpful and polite to my situation. They were fully booked at the time and they didn’t need to go above and beyond - but they did. They were able to fit me in between appointments with Dr. Perry. I was so impressed with the service from Pat, Cathy and Dr. Perry that I wanted to share my experience.

6 years ago, my husband bought a truck from Paul, and today it was my turn! Paul is an amazing car sales man who does not pressure you to buy a vehicle or try to sell you a more expensive one. We took it for a test drive a week ago, shopped around, and went back on Paul's day off to buy it, he was happy to come from Victoria to do so. He has been very helpful to us, and always honest. We called on Friday to make an appointment for the next day, Saturday. However, Saturday . started out very badly. The person who made the appointment didn't know there was limited service on Saturdays and the work we needed may not be possible. This was made worse by the fact we travelled by ferry to get here. All is well that ends well, however. Alex somehow got the repairs done for us. He turned an unhappy customer into a happy one and we will come back....maybe not on a Saturday. Thank you

I love going to this clinic.I would recommend people to go here. I had cervical spondylosis, back and hip issues. Doctors would usually just prescribe pain relievers. Only chiropractic procedures with doctor Carol makes me feel better and relieved. Dr. Carol explains everything well and Neth is very accommodating and helpful. I have referred a couple of relatives and friends as well. This has been a part of my life and better wellness.
