Never had an issue with this place, and I'm not liking the fact that hundreds/thousands of perfect interactions and pickups and nobody says a word. One negative interaction and you bet everyone and their mother has to know.

Very accomidating services, been with this storage fscility for a few years now. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH HOW CLEAN AND DRY THERE UNITS ARE, The owners are kind, and most friendly as well as supper patient and understanding. I would recommend there storage to anyone that would need and place to keep there items dry safe and sucure at all times.I would not go anywhere else ever! Shout out to Chris! He went above and beyond last night to help me out. Even tho its not part of his job he went outside in the pouring rain to remove my headlight assembly and install the headlight I bought. I could never have managed to do this myself and am very grateful he did this to make the rest of my drive safe. And when I drove the the snow on the Coqihalla I really needed that headlight!!! Kudous and a huge thankyou to Chris!!!!

I was part of a wedding in Hope where our hair stylist unfortunately did not show up on the day. Stress was very high! Went to Hair Trends to ask for help and Liz had time to do the Bride/MoH on the fly. Did amazing work at the last minute and honestly made the experience a joyful one. Really took the time to ramp up the excitement, encouraged us not to focus on the negative. End product was amazing! Liz and Christina both so helpful and did so well by us. Highly recommend this place!

A driver named Kyle showed up in record time and had the most professional courteous and caring disposition I have ever seen .I travel weekly between merritt and mission and have been a loyal customer to another tow company but kyle has changed that iam now a hope towing loyal customer,thank you kyle for your above and beyond work ethic.It was a pleasure to have you tow my pathfinder ,you deserve a raise
