After the ice storm this past weekend we were down to 3% propane left in our tank. We called Monday, Mar. 31/25 and by 1pm Apr. 1st we had our tank filled.
They only got power on Monday at 10:30am.
We can not thank Endicott and their staff for the excellence service.
With our power still out as of Apr. 2nd we are able to keep our generator running.

Hi Michele, I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for all of your help and kind advice.
I had no idea how much wood I was wasting due to improper burning practices. Since following your advice I have reduced my wood consumption by one-third. (A miracle considering the long, cold winter we have been having)!

Great people to deal with.... Logan is a standup gentleman that says what he means and means what he says....Megan a very knowledgeable charming lady that helped us find the unit best suited for our application....the installation crew were on time, through and professional to the highest standards....no messes, took the time to go over the installed product with us and left us with very good feelings dealing with Fires Alive.....I highly recommend this outfit for your fireplace needs, awesome!

We had an opportunity to visit the show room for the first time and were quite well serviced. I believe Steve was our first contact, well we were so impressed we got our fire place serviced and a BARBQUE GAS was also purchased. The bbq was assembled, delivered the gas line hooked up. I would say this business understands service.

We purchased a reclining sectional & a recliner from Bennetts about 15 yrs ago. The mechanism broke in one seat on the couch after about 7 yrs or so. Bennetts came to my house,removed the broken section of the couch and repaired it at no cost to us. We are very hard on our furniture so I was surprised and pleased that we were able to get over 10 yrs of use out of the furniture. I have just ordered another recliner from them and am looking forward to another long lasting piece of furniture.

I previously had hearing aids for 5 yrs but never wore them as they never fit. Went to The Ear Company expecting to purchase new ones but they made adjustments to mine and they fit perfectly. Very impressed with the service, knowledge, professionalism and how comfortable they made me feel. Would highly recommended them.
