Had a family birthday, ordered a bunch of pizzas. When we got the pizzas home, the boxes had been decorated, and some small birthday treats included. Pizzas were great, and the whole experience made the day even better. Staff were super friendly and great. Totally recommend.

Excellent service! Been bringing these guys my trucks for years, stock trucks to lifted diesels they do everything right. Some of the best in Kelowna. Great small run shop fast service well priced very knowledgeable in explaining everything done to your vehicle. Great experience! It was great to deal with Russo Auto Sales in kelowna. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to buy when I walked into the sales office. Gene Russo,the owner quickly helped me figure out what vehicle would serve me best, not having what I wanted on his lot, he spent considerable time searching for and eventually finding me the perfect vehicle and for a great price. The guys did an excellent job with high density, high quality foam. Were an efficient team setting up/cleaning, worked quickly on sealing house completely. Price was not the highest & not the lowest. Very knowledgeable about insulation. Down side was waiting 3 weeks since they had a few other jobs lined up before mine & the owner had broken his cell phone so we couldn't chat for a week, but other than that, a great job. One small spot accidentally was missed but they came back to fix it.

My out of town relatives and friends sometimes stay at the Best Western Plus Kelowna Hotel and have been really impressed by the level of quality that the hotel offers. What you can't see from the road is the huge grass area inside the "quad"... kind of like what university campuses have. That's really nice for kids. Kind of like having a park onsite. The rooms are larger than expected and recently reno'd. They were higher end than I expected too. It's nice to have a new ORA restaurant as part of the hotel now as well. Their local wine list is one of the biggest I've seen in Kelowna. Overall it's a great hotel located centrally and just down the road from the airport.
