I'm VERY particular about where I take my MB for service, and R U Auto is my choice without question. Roland and Kate are knowledgeable about the brand, treat my vehicle as if it were their own, and their prices are reasonable. On top of all that, they're nice people to deal with. While you're there you may even get a visit from their poodle Spec. Thanks Roland, Kate and Spec; you are the best!

I know this place almost 25 years and never had any problem with them. This is family business. I can tell that Ron, Rob and Ryan are the best mechanics in the city. They are nice, experienced and very honest people. I trust them on 100% because they always do their job perfectly well, on time and for the very reasonable price. Also, when I decided to replace my vehicle they gave me very good advice what vehicle to purchase and what to avoid. I recommend everyone to do the business with B and R.

I had an outstanding experience at this car repair shop! From start to finish, the team was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to thoroughly explain the repairs my car needed, and their pricing was more than reasonable—totally affordable for the quality service they provided. I just newly renvovated my place. I never saw carpet cleaners switch shoes, cover my hard would floors and use plastic corners so my paint wouldnt chip. Very friendly company very flexible and on time if not 20 min early. Would recommend them to anyone

I really wanted to end the year with a good massage and, luckily, there was a spot available-last minute(on New Year's Eve). Anyway, I got in for my relaxation massage this afternoon. As always, everyone was professional and very welcoming! The place was clean and inviting. This was my second session with Melissa and again she demonstrated such expertise at what she does! Randy fought a speeding ticket for our 20 year old son, he was professional and straight forward with all communications. There was no confusion or wondering as he covered all the bases.
